Pricing
I currently accept payment in PayPal (USD) and Robux only.
I will ask you for a payment upfront, which is 15% of the overall price before I start a project. I will also always show you pictures and let you play the game before you pay.
After payment, I will send you the .rblx file. If you do not like the builds or need changes, I will NOT be offended. Do not hesitate to ask! Prices are fully negotiable, if you aren’t sure please ask!
And please take note of this, before I start doing your commission, I will give you an estimated price for the project, and it’s subject to change.
I will give you the real price after I’m finished and finalize your project.

I am mostly experienced in Town & City genre, but you can ask me whether I can build yours or not!
You are required to accept the Terms and Conditions that I'll give you in-mid conversation; before beginning any projects.
I don't do models such as furniture, decorations, etc.
Partnerships and monthly payments are not accepted.
Some charges may apply in the final payment, if:
You ask me to do your commissions quickly (Before then the estimated time is taken).
You ask me for major changes while I’m 60%+ progress of a project (E.g.: Rebuild a new one with a different design)
You ask me for minor changes too much (Such as 5 times and above).
Any other things that can be considered by me.
Also eh, keep in mind that:
I have the right to cancel your project for reasons, including being rude, not cooperating, inactive clients and more. If you've ever paid me before, I can take your money away with a legal reason.
I have the right to turn down you for several reasons, including I can’t participate in your project, the client being inactive and not answering me for more than 12 hours, and more.
I have the right to take down your place/game if you’re using my assets without my permission.
I have the right to set up the prices for my own services fairly.
